The Desert Diorama for Iray does what it says on the box! It’s a fast desert ground plane ( which can be tiled to make it much bigger). It has pebbles and a volumetric water cube to create a watering hole in the center of the terrain and a set of palms, dry grass, and reeds, all of which are suitable for instancing!
